I had been the valued consumer of Act for past 7 years. Couple of years back I had taken additional connection at my parents place. I had been taking prepaid package for six months for every recharge. Recently 3 months back, there was connection problem for which complaint was raised. While resolving that Act person came to know that the network port box was removed by the owner who until that time was Act customer and he completely shifted to another broadband service. Act person was taking this excuse and was forcing us to put that network port at my home. As we had a bitter experience of huge electricity bill earlier before, we hadn't agreed for placing it at my place. Act person was rude and he said that he can't get me connection from some other network port in the colony, I had to forcibly disconnect it from my place. When I had disconnected, one more month around Rs 320 was to be refunded from his end. I was following up with Act Customer persons multiple times for getting refund. Tickets were getting raised and closed without calling me up. Recently, with this bitter experience I decided to disconnect my 7 years old connection. Due date being 10th I had raised request them to disconnect well before that. Now I get a call saying that bill cycle is from 1st to 31st. Now one person gives me a call that he will transfer the previous refund amount to this account, but I have to continue this connection. Thus is how these people are working and now they say Due for my old connection but won't refund my previous disconnected amount. Was this information helpful? |
