I raised a complaint for disconnection on October 30th as i am leaving Hyderabad.. So one executive came for re-verification and told that pay the bill and we will disconnect the internet. They didn't do that. And we paid bill in November unknowingly for November. they have sent bill for December. so i called the customer care. now they are blaming me how will u pay the without using. still the internet is not yet disconnected. also Now when we are asking for refund, no one is responding properly now.
