[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund amount not paid since 5 months | |||||
I paid on act app for the broadband service of rs.1782 and paid the amount via credit card. The connection was not provided due to local issues (Amrutha value apartment, nallurahalli, bangalore). Since after payment no other process was initiated, i requested for refund in may month. Since then it was i who called the company several times asking for refund and the status. Till now no proper action is taken nor the refund is initiated. I demand the refund amount along with interest from act since i have paid the amount via credit card.
