[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund amount not yet given even after several escalations to act fibernet | |||||
I have requested for a new connection and the representative came to me, took the amount INR 4, 380 on 17th July 2018. I tried calling them many times and no one had come to me to install and finally after 15 days I could contact the escalation team(Srikanth) via their call center and he confirmed that they cannot provide me a connection as there is no distribution box available near me. I requested for refund and they said that I will get a call from the Refund team to take the bank account details to refund. After a long wait of 20 days, i got a call from refund team 3 days before and they said that I will be getting an email asking for my bank account information to refund. I am waiting for that I still did not receive any such email or call from them. Its been more than 45 days and no refund yet. I have called the call center many times and no proper response. I am frustrated with this company and want to complain about this. They are to obsessed with the customer's money and don't care for the customer any more. Was this information helpful? | |||||
