Hi,
I have cancelled the act connection that was opted, even before the connection was operational in my residential address. I have paid a sum of rs.3750/- for 3 months. Due to various reasons i had to cancel the connection even before i got it at the address.
I have been following up with the customer care from more than a month for the refund amount to be transferred to my account.
Ticket number is sr[protected].
The customer care representatives are very irresponsible and are not attending to my issue properly. They have been telling me that the amount has been processed and i do not see the amount credited in my bank account.
The worst customer service representatives i have seen. They are closing my ticket without crediting the amount back to my account.
Take this into priority and provide the refund amount back. Further to which, i would not suggest anyone to opt for act internet connection. Was this information helpful? |
