[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — refund

Hello this is gowtham. We had used act fibrenet (Mobile no. [protected]) in nunagambakkam area, chennai for few days in january but being not much satisfied with the speed and service in our area we have requested for disconnection which was done after many requests and modem collected later on after many reminders from our side. Multiple tokens have been raised for refund but nothing has been acted upon. My request to you is to take this as my request for refund and ensure that the refund is done as soon as possible. Thank you
