I am forced to write this because the customer care is useless. First of all, it is absolutely impossible to reach act customer care. And even if one gets connected somehow, everyone has just one reply, "we will check and get back to you". My question is when?
The issue:
I had applied for a fresh act bb connection on 2nd september after completing all the process and paying the connection charge for 3 months. I received a message that i will get a call from a sales representative. No one called.in this era of wfh, i cannot afford to live without the internet right? And i had to move to a different service provider who installed the connection within 24 hrs. I am begging for my refund since then as the policy says a refund will be initiated if the connection is not installed. But it seems no one is bothered. No one simply cares.
I am saddened to note that quality of service has gone down this much. I was an act customer for the past two years and it used to be so good.
I am begging again here for a resolution of my case and a speedy refund.
I hope this level of management does care for people. Please don't break my hope and prove me wrong.
I had dropped the above mail on 9th of september and it has been more than 15 days since then and no resolution. I have no idea how the process works in this stupid company.
Also, i do not wish to hear answers like "we are looking into it". You guys would keep looking into it. Just refund my money. It is not a crime to ask for my own hard earned money. Don't behave like burglars.
