[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Refund

We disconnected ACT fiber net in the month of November 2020 due to their bad service. After that getting so many calls and mails from customer care, I agreed for reconnection and paid 4130 rupees after they said will give connection with in 4 hours. After 2 days somebody called and said that PORT is not Available to give connection, it will take one and half month...so apply for refund..they said.
Then I requested customer care and asked for refund. Till now I didn't get refund. When ever I call customer care simply they raise the ticket and simply say u will get refund in 7 days. Every time ther are doing the same. On behalf of this daily iam getting calls that you of an offer apply for reconnection...while iam explaining the situation...simply they say sorry we don't know this, we are belonging to reconnection team...you please call customer care. Already I took another connection for my daily need. So unable to take this ACT if ther are able to give the connection now.

They raised the ticket after this complaint and resolved . After that they messaged for bank details...submitted...immediately amount transferred to the account...thank u one and all who supported.

Today also I called customer care 2 times...again they raised another ticket and in the middle of the call they are simply disconnected

Again I got the message from ACT added below...as of now I didn't have any need of connection...
