I have requested for a new connection on 3rd of may and paid advance rental, but for 7days i didn't get any response from the team, then i went for cancellation of service then the customer care team said will be cancelled and refund will be initiated, after few days again service team called me to installation i said i already cancelled the service then after 1hour i got a message saying that installation has been completed and activation also activated i was shocked without installation how the service will be activated then i contacted customer care on 19th they raised for refund and said with in 5 working days refund will be completed, it's been almost 1 month i didn't any refund. When I called the customer care team no one was responding properly. and more over they are saying where ever you want to complaint do it, they are very rude.

1. Without the installation Act Fibernet engineer has marked as installation completed.
2. Without installation Act Fibernet engineer has marked as Activation completed.
3. Without refund billing team is closing the ticket.
