Refund dispute is not addressed by the act refund team and the tickets were closed with out any intimation or call back
I have used only one month of data out of 6 months act rapid plus 6m + 1m plan
*plan start date 25th feb 2020 paid 6792 inr
*march 21st requested for the relocation sr[protected]
*not attended by the network engineers for more than 2 and half months
* june 6th 2020 so the account was disconnected saying refund will be given for non usage months
*refund of 2182.74rs received which is not correct
* 'n' no. Of tickets are under my account
*latest ticket no. Srsr[protected]
Refund the rest of the amount,
