[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund for my connection disconnection | |
I have moved to hyderabad to kochi, due to this, i have register compliant to act for disconnection. My connection was disconnected but still i didn't get refund from act. Date of the incident: 02st august 2018 Ticket register : [protected] and [protected]. Account number is[protected] Request for refund. I have send almost more than 10 emails to act, but there is no response and i tried to call the customer care and no respond from customer care. Can you please do the needful.
