[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Refund for power consumption of junction box

I have been using act fibernet for 3 years.
My association with ACT has been horrible.
I used to log 5-7 complaints every month due to horrible service and that's the reason I decided to move out from ACT.

Junction box was placed at my home in Sep 2021 which was disconnected today that too after making so many complaints and waiting for one and half month.
I have applied for disconnection on Jan 29th 2022 and the junction box was not removed till March 5th.
So now the reason for writing to you is that when the junction box was installed at my home it was told that i will be paid 100 per month.
From September to Feb it's six months excluding March.
So I should be getting 600 from Act Fibernet for 6 months for using my home electricity for the junction box.
I am very sorry to say this but the process in ACT is very disgusting and very much irritating.
I have to make so many complaints, so many calls to get the work done.
This is not at all a professional behaviour.
If you don't take it seriously I am very much sure that all the customers will be moving away from ACT in coming days.
Even the customer care people are so careless that they are saying you can mail CEO and telling me straight that my refund will not be given.

I will not leave this issue because ACT has taken the customers for granted and its proven that no business can stand without caring for its customers.
Please see that 600 is transfered to my bank account.
Please take necessary action.
