We raised the ticket several time but not responded and the ticket status was marked as closed after a few days later in the ticket section closed the ticket and opened ticket also empty still not disconnect my connection

    I have called the customer care on 27th Feb in the morning for the disconnection of my ACT Fibernet and they created a ticket Ref No SR[protected]. And told me that we will call you for the confirmation within 24 hours before Disconnecting. So, After that they called me 4-5 times and every time they were asking me the reason for disconnecting. I have replied again and again that I am not satisfied with our Internet. So, they accepted my request and told me that we will Disconnect your service soon and closed my ticket and here the fraud of ACT starts "They have mentioned in the ticket that you have changed your mind and willing to continue our Internet Service". So, I called again to the customer service and asked the customer care what's this. So he replied it's just a technical glitch you don't worry your service will be disconnect before 1 March and reopened my ticket again. But yesterday on "28th feb" I have received the same message again that you have changed your mind and willing to continue our service and closed my ticket again. So, I tried calling customer care again and again but they didn't picked up the call. So, I re-opened the ticket from ACT mobile app. But today In the morning I have seen that they have generated a new Bill of 5657 for next 6 months whose due date is 15th March. So, I called again to the customer care and asked them why are you doing this fraud. So the support guy told me that don't worry your connection will be disconnected today and your generated bill will be cancelled. But still no one contacted me for the disconnection. Please Disconnect my connection anyways I will have to file a complaint to consumer forum.

      I have net issue from 22/02/2022 afternoon 12.30 pm. I raised a complaint and a ticket was opened (SR[protected]). And even called the customer care spoke to them, but none responded. Yesterday i, e 23/02/2022 I called the Act customer care around 11.00 am and asked them to fix the issue as I'm working from home and have to bare loss of pay as I cannot login without internet. They informed we would take on priority and raised a ticket(SR[protected]) and close it asap. In the evening I called twice around 6.00 and 6.30 pm, even then they said the same thing that we would soon close the issue. And after an hour, I received text messages to mobile stating, your tickets are closed.
      They closed the complaints without fixing the internet.
      And today, until now none of them responded, due to which I couldn't login and had loss of pay for 2 days. Now should I bare the loss of pay because of your truly irresponsible and negligence.
      I think Act is not a reliable broadband, and we can't depend on it especially while doing work from home.
      Its the 3rd day since I had this issue, but none of them gave me a call and asked about the issue.
      Worst ever service, fed up with this gesture. its better to go for an alternate rather than depending on u guys.

            I have been using ACT FiberNet from past couple of years. From past 3months my internet not working properly after 6PM and I have to attend client meetings after 6PM so it's causing lot of trouble.

            I have been reporting the issue from ACT app and Twitter as well but no proper resolution provided till now.

            I thought of changing the provider but I have paid amount for 6months so I'm struck with it for next couple of months.

            Whenever I raise a ACT support ticket, the team is terrible they are not fixing the issue and saying some silly reasons and closing the ticket.

                I had raised a complaint yesterday as the internet was down at my house. Today I received a message that a disconnect request is raised for my connection. I have no idea why this was raised without my request or consent. Such bad customer service.

                  Not Giving back the Security Deposit

                  I was the customer with ACT FIBER in lucknow. I disconnected my internet as on 25th jan 2022 and asked for the security deposit.
                  They initiated the ticket for refund and the time given was 4th of feb 9.16am. Now its 14th of feb 2022 every day i call them they say 24hrs it will resolve and i will get my money.
                  For how many days i have to call them to get my own money back
                  Please help me out

                  No refund was done but service request was closed SR[protected] ticket was created on 25th January and closed on 4th Feb 2022 without refund. When I called to findout another ticket was created SR[protected] again today. the cycle is happening again and again

Also you took my 3 months bank statement for verifying my honesty. fine by me. but before I escalate further please make a choice of your reply. be honest and pay me back. or say you wonot pay me back I will let this end once in for all.

                      I have already paid my due amount, still the account Is suspended. I can’t register complaints in app due to suspension and after dialling customer care number I have to wait almost half an hour unassigned to any of the CC executive.
                      How do you boast to provide good service with such pathetic customer service.
                      Can I expect any response here, otherwise shut down your business and let other providers handle who are good at customer services.

                        This is regarding internet connection, Act management use send bills bills, act[protected]
                        which we are not using, form act it self we are getting disconnected massage several times.
                        we had taken act prepaid internet connection covid lock down period
                        which was required for online classes for student, while taking connections we had told clearly we required connection only for 6 months, after that we don't required any connection.
                        we had intimated on 25 Dec 21 to disconnection immediately they sent message stating it is disconnected due to non payment,
                        when we taken connection only for six months, how they can ask for renewal payment,
                        From ACT we getting threating calls several times,

                          We wish to bring to your notice that for the past 10 days the internet connection has been crawling and each time your team says restart the hub. Please have someone look into this.

                          Please also ask your collection team not to harass us. Our bill is only due on 17th Feb 2022 why are we getting calls saying pay your bill. We have never defaulted till date.
                          If this harassment goes on we will take you to the consumer court.

                            As I was relocating to another state, I wanted to raise a disconnection request which I was told by the service team to effect via ACT's Mobile Application which I did on 10th February 2022.

                            I noticed that the said request could be raised only if I had cleared all dues payable till date. (ACT charges the customer on prepaid basis, hence the bill for February 1-28 would be due on February 15). Being an ACT customer for more than a year, I've always faced minimal outages and prompt service from their side and hence I paid the entire due amount of Rs. 1, 269/- for the entire month of February even though my service was disconnected as soon as I raised the request on the said date, i.e., 10th February, 2022.

                            I've contacted their service helpline twice regarding the same and both times, I was astonished to find that the customer service representatives were very rude and insisted that processing of refund is against their policy and were not even open to further negotiation regarding pro rata billing (for the 10 days I availed their services in February) and that my only options were to either forgo the money or avail their services till the end of February!?

                            Worst customer treatment by the company in this regard. I hope someone takes notice of this and reverts favorably.

                              Act internet is intermittent for last few days at indiranagar Adyar. Every time I register a complaint and it vanishes again after the ticket is closed. Act mentions that waiver is applicable only if the ticket is not closed within 24 hours. Shouldn’t the waiver be applicable based on uptime of the internet or the duration of outage and number of issues occurred in a month. I am frustrated with ACTs service.

                                  I am having a account of[protected] at visakhapatnam. I paid for 06 months subscribtion. in Jan 22. Now i am shifting residence out of visakhapatnam, and disconnect the service is my requirement as per situation. I do not want to transfer this connection. if i disconnect, the money to be refunded as per monthly charges calculated.

                                  Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible (ASAP) as i have to be shifted

                                    I have done the payment of Rs. 3886 for my act fibernet connection[protected] on 16th Jan 2022 using net banking from my sbi a/c,

                                    The amount has been successfully debited from my bank a/c, however, the same has not been credited in the act records, I have been following up with act helpline no. Since more than a month now, but all invain, i managed to log a complain, it was closed without my information & my internet connection was suspended.

                                    I again managed to send an email to nodal officer with my problem, i was given another tkt, still No action has been done.

                                    These people are asking me to repay the bill again Inspite of sharing them the details of transaction. Act FIBRENET is a fraudulent service provider with worst customer Cärê service.Inspite of paying the fee my connection stands disconnected.

                                    Now I don’t want to continue with this connection and want my money to be refunded.

                                    I request the concerned person to look at my case & get this resolved asap.
