Improper response

I wanted a new broadband connection so I followed all procedure made the payment of amount 3887 and got registered. One of the executive came, saw the location and said there is no act connection box nearby, and said it will be done in 24hrs but now I'm not getting any proper response they only said that this issue is subjected to some other dept but now none of them are not giving any proper answer about it...

Internet cable removed from Junction box

On 17 January 2022 one of the representatives from ACT was doing some work in the Junction box. After some time my internet connection was disconnected. I went to the basement and noticed the wire being removed and raised a service request with ACT. Net Working After Payment| want Refund advance payment

After payment they are disconnecting my connection in south delhi. After logged complaints the technician mis-behaving with me.

Fraudulent practice by Act

I contacted Act for CCTV camera their customer care told me that camera works with any 2.4ghz of Wifi Network.Now they are saying that it works only with Act's Internet then what's the point of buying it.I paid Advance amount of ₹2645/- towards my Act Account and I never opted for any internet plan they are charging my advance balance. Customer care not responding properly and not providing refund

Have made a payment for broadband connection at 13th Jan 2022. But till 15th Jan 2022 it not reflected as paid in my account. So i called customer care, so they said like your payment is not done, if amount debited you ll get refund within 7 days so you have to pay again otherwise the company will put extra charge for late payment. Hi, My name is Nithya. We got this plan suggested by the ACT sales team when we were looking for a new internet connection. He suggested 75 Mbps speed for 3 months, I paid 2348 rs as a package for 3 months, right from the firat week I had loads of issues with the speed of the net... When checked the speed was a max of 30 mbps on this router I placed a complaint on the 11th of december 2021 and ever since till date my issue has not been addressed...

Fraudulent static ip charges

I never applied for a static ip and without my permission they added this charge even to my new bill. Soon as I got notified of this I raised a ticket and contacted their support who said they will cancel the service and remove the item from the bill, they closed the ticket without doing so.
I raised another ticket and spent hours waiting on their customer call centre, same thing again, customer service agent says the static IP team...

Service not working

Internet is not working from past 25days, when called customer care and asked for ticket status they said it’s closed, we raised 4 tickets after that. All closed without resolution. When called ACT manager he spoke VERY RUDELY, asking us to send email to ACT CEO.

I m currently using 6 months plan, they are saying no option we must complete 6 months even though it is not working. No refund...

Internet connection issue

From past 4 day I raised 3 ticket for internet connection problem they are providing temprerory fix and same problem is repeating every morning. The service provider also not responding. Need permnent fix for my internet connection issue....

Refund Process of my paid Amounts

Last year in December 2020, I got my ACT account[protected] suspended as I traveled to my hometown due to COVID-19.
That time I was having Rs 1753.46/- in my account as an advanced payment. ACT team clearly told me that this 1753.46/- amount will be used when you come back and reactivates the account[protected]

I came back in december 31st 2021, and asked for reactivation my account...
