I have took a connection on sunday i. E 19/01/2020 in hyderabad. Sales executive promised me within 48 hrs installaton of fibre will be done. But due to some reasons they are unable to provide my fibre installation after that i have called so many times for installation. Finally fed up and raised a request against refund they tooka request from and told me that i will be getting a call within 24hrs to confirm my bank details till now i didnot get a call
