[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Refund is not Credited

We disconnected the connection and requested for a refund in August. The refund was approved on 15th September and informed us the amount will be refunded by 7 days.

However, till now the amount is not refunded and when we ask the same question to customer care (SR no. SR[protected]) they again say to wait for another 7 days. They might say the same answer as wait for another 7 days even if we call in next week also. This is not acceptable.

Connecting customer care is taking 15-20 mins of the time, while discussing the issue customer care team closing the call inappropriately.

We need justice !
