[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Refund issue

Hi team,

I have a refund issue going on currently with act fibernet.

I have tried to connect to support team through an email but i haven't been able to get in touch with them.

Last month i tried to bought new connection but unfortunately in my area act fibernet is not available as confirmed by service provider, i have paid rs 4949 through online in act fibernet website. After that one executive person contacted me to refund the amount on 23rd of july after that i haven't got any call or refund from them.

Can you please check the issue on high priority due to this issue. Even i'm not able to go for other operator also.
