I am using ACT broadband for past 3 months, This is one of the bad experience with the service.
I called the site engineer for this area and informed the issue, he said he will be attending soon, but one day passed, he is not picking calls even I tried more than 20 times.
How could the customer service person can act like that, what kind of training they give for their engineers.
how could they lethargically do this.
I raised a complaint, but the customer care person from their side is awesome they don't attend call at all. worst ever call I did in my life is to the ACT Customer care.
we are not getting any freebies from you understand that first, we are paying more than you provide in the surrounding comparing the other service we are paying more . but accordinly we are not getting the service
many days the internet is slow, it will be intermittently disconnect, customer care wont attend, service engineer wont come to location.
please tell me the procedure to disconnect the service, which I want to do and pay my refund asap.
