I have paid my act bill for 6 moths on Decenber 5th and due to issues on wrong usage reports and worst customer services, i wanted to deactivate my request immediately and get the money refunded for remaining 3 months not going to be used.
The only reason I have paid for 6 months is that I can leave the connection whenever the service is poor which is true during the recent times.
I havewritten several mails but they do not help. I have called the customer caer executives but they say they will not refund and HANG UP WHILE I AM EXPLAINING MY ISSUE REGARDING REFUND.
This is the poorest service ever and I am not getting MY MONEY back.
Act is literally looting my money and providing cheap services and playing cheap tricks on consumers.
I really really need the refund and get my connectin cancelled so that I can switch too a better service with better plans, better pricing and wayyy better customer service. Was this information helpful? |
