Ive requested for refund from act fibernet and it's almost been 2 months. My registered number is [protected]. Ive been calling them since 2 months and they've been asking me to wait for 24 hours but not refunding my money. None from the specialist team gets back to me. Ive also requested for a supervisor call back multiple times and they've informed that a supervisor will get back in 24 hours. But no one gets back to me to resolve the issue. Please help.
