I have enclosed the bill copy here with. I would suggest none of them to go by the words and make full payment by trusting act broadband dealers as they will not initate refund in case of no connectivity. I have contacted customer care 5 times till today. And each time i am told that within 24 hours i’ll be receiving payment which i haven’t. After this i’ll be approaching consumer forum for required action to be taken. It’s been around 40 days since i’ve made payment. I would expect refund to be done before legal action can be initiated
