[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund not initiated | |||||
I have payed near to 8000 Rs for the connection to ACT by 9th August 2018. I have been requesting for refund and they are not providing the refund till today 21th August 2018. I have email communication and ticket raised with the customer care as the numbers below, I got a user id created as well from them when the payment was made. Aug 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Connection was provided and the new guy who came for providing connection was convincing
regarding the box which they needed to add new etc.
hence resolved and closing this issue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
