I am an ACT customer since April 2018. Recently I raised a shifting request to ACT on February 27, 2022. March 1st, I have been informed that there is no feasibility in my shifting area and they requested me to disconnect the connection. As I have already paid due amount for March month, they promised to refund my amount and I agreed for disconnection. Now I waited for 21 days and still there is no refund from their end. Everyime I call their customer care, they come up with a different lie to get a positive feedback. I called them multiple times and there is no proper response. They are delaying too much just to refund my money. There is no proper customer support and they finally end up with the answer "issue forwared to concerned team". Being their customer for 4 years, I am very much disappointed by their action. I want my refund immediately and please provide proper resolution. Was this information helpful? |
