[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund not processed and worst customer support | |||||
I have applied for the act internet connection and more than 10 days they were not able to provide the connection, so i initiated the cancellation and ask for the refund. They said they have processed the refund but i haven't received that. I enquired them, they asked me to share the entire month bank statement. After sharing the bank statement, i haven't got any response from them, even though i have looped appellate authority : ( Worst customer support!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
