[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Refund not received after disconnection

I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It's been 37 days and iam still didn't receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn't transferred into my bank account. I request the company people to refund my amount as soon as possible. My Act id is[protected].
