[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Refund not received after disconnection

I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It's been 50 days and iam still didn't receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn't transferred into my bank account. Despite of several requests my issues is not resolved. I request the company people to refund my amount as soon as possible. My Act id is[protected]. Service Request No.
