[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund not received after disconnection of service | |||||
I took the act fibernet plan for internet for 6 months, the sales guy falsely promised me to provide free wifi before the connection. I fell into the trap and paid around rs 4350 amount on 04th may 18 in hyderabad. After the connection, i came to know they do not provide free wifi for 6 months or below plans. So i had a better option and opted for disconnection in just 2 days without using their service on 06th may 18. They disconnected my service immediately and after some discussion told me that i will get full amount refunded to my account in 10-15 days. Since that day i have been following up and called customer care 20-25 times even talked to escalation team multiple times, everytime they say i will receive a call back from refund team in 24-48hours they never called. I am also told by customer care executive that refund team has been updating the status after talking to me. But they have never called me and have not processed the refund as yet. Everytime i call customer care i hear different stories and apologies for false commitments they have been making. [protected] ticket was raised for the refund and suddenly one day they closed the ticket without informing and refunding the amount. I have asked to re-open it last week and now they are saying that refund is still in progress. It has been about 1 month time and the refund is still in process. I do not understand why these guys are taking so much time to refund. I even emailed [protected]@actcorp.in several times but no response. The worst part is they are making false commitments and refund team is not communicating at all. Is there in whole act company who is ready to take responsibility.
