[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Refund not received

I have disconnected my Act Fibernet broadband connection on 6th June 2021. Since i have already paid subscription for one year i have raised refund request on 10th June 2021. Its been more than two weeks i haven't received my refund. I have made several requests through Customer care and email but no use. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible
