Hello Sir/Madam This is B.SAICHANDRA Requested for an internet connection by paying Rs 3800/- Six month package on 02/08/14.sales person Mr.VARAPRASAD promised to provide the connection by one week i.e by 10/08/14 but till 15/08/14 they have not provided me the connection, then after calling so many times i Decided to Cancell my connection. i called up call centre, every time the raised new Tickets and they are never bother to do the Refund.Even i visited your Himayat nagar office, there also they made false promises. i am fed up with all False promises. ITS LOOKS LIKE NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE. Dear, whomsoever Pls look into the Matter and do the needful.
