[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Refund of amount for unused month | |||||
I have sent around 20 mail to act support including nodal officer and appellate officer. One of the worst customer service. Personal reasons. I am beam/act customer from 5 years.. I have paid 6 months package and now i want to disconnect after using 1 month due to personal reason but the support team has not responded inspite of sending around 20 mails to them and at last they told that i will not get refund for 5 months amount if i disconnect the connection. I want to know how can they charge for unused connection. Support team, nodal officers and appellate officer. Act management is spending waste of money to this teams. Act management can do cost cutting by removing this appellate and nodal officers and provide good customer support using support team. Was this information helpful? | |||||
