This is sudha singh. I came to your banjara hills office on 2o july 2018. I paid for first time of rs 2907 for 6 months to ramu (Collection executive of hitech city) in 3rd july. But as it was taking long time i asked for cancellation and bought another connection. I asked for refund of my cash and it was told by ramu that he has processed it. I called him several times and he said same thing and confimed from customer care that was also of no use. Ramu and customer care kept on lying to me for 18 days. Then i came to know it has not been started. I went to jubilee hills branch, there manager also lied to me that it has been processed, but it was not. He collected my details and said he will send me a mail, which i never received.
