ACT Fibernet — Refund of installation money

I too faced the same issue.i paid money on 30/09/2022 and they said there is no feasibility, so i asked for refund on 04/10/2022 still i didnt get my money.several times i called, the man who made me to pay is not taking my call and he is not responding properly.i am very much frustrated because you ACT fibernet.please refund my money soon.
