Today I called the ACT customer care to cancel my plan and I came to know that I won't be getting the refund of my security amount, so I asked the executive for the terms and conditions to refer the policies regarding the issue then the executive didn't answer me anything there was dead silence from his end. I didn't even got the message that my ticket has been registered or my issue has been raised. I mailed the help desk to escalate the issue and I haven't got the reply yet.
I want my connection to be cancelled and also want the refund of the security amount.
