Hello all,
i am really frustrated with the customer support of act fibernet i disconnected the act fiber net service in march 2022 & i was supposed to recieve my refund on 16th of march 2022, but till now i didn't recieve any refund from them on top of that they closed my refund request 2 times without giving my money & whenever i try to contact customer support they say our finance team will call you in 24 hrs but no one contacted me till now I'm very much frustrated I'm thinking to file a complaint on consumer forum

well it was a very hectic process but they provided the whole amount as a refund after i posted my complaint here
