[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund of payment | |||
I have taken 6 month plan in act and disconnected act due to non feasibility of connection in my new area on july, however an amount of rs.4086 have been confirmed as my refund by act person (Don know the name), it has been more than 45 days but still i didn't receive the payment. And the refund which they promised is getting reduced monthly in my act account and same didn't get credited to my account too.. Am wondering what is happening and no clear explanation from customer support. Can any one explain what is happening? Was this information helpful? | |||
