[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund on disconnection due to no service | |||
Hi team My act account no :[protected] After facing a horryfying experience in service delivery for the entire month of june 2019, i had requested to disconnect my connection to your team which they so promptly obliged to. I was assured that the refunds team will be calling me back within 24 hrs of the disconnection request. Considering that this is already 10 days now and i still havent recieved any communication from act, i am agains raising this issue with you. I had renewd my connection for 6 months in the month of may 2019 and act failed to deliver service nearly entire month of june. This has lead to multiple interruptions andd issues of delivery of my work. Also, i had to bear the financial burden of getting another connection. At this juncture i only ask to be redunded the money for the remaining months, since you are not providing any service and the terminiation of the service clearly was a result of a sub optimal service delivery and customer service.
