I deactivated my ACT subscription for ACCOUNT No:[protected] on July 10th, 2023 but paid the full invoice amount for July month.
I keep on following up with the ACT team for a refund but they are saying “ACT does not entertain refund of any amounts that may have been paid by the ‘Subscriber’ and you can use the same credit balance by renewing the plan at the time of reconnection from our end.”
But I’m clearly saying that I have no plan to reactivate the account. So, we need your support to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
