ACT Fibernet — Refund process of my paid amounts (Account No: 631621)

On 11 Aug 2015, i had visited the Chandanagar branch of ACT Fibernet(Beam fiber) for getting details on my deactivation request and refund process of my money which i had already for 6 months pack. I had already my renewal for May 25th - Nov 25th (6 months) by paying 4017 on May 3. (Account number : 631621) Due to recent issues on wrong usage reports and worst customer services, i wanted to deactivate my request immediately and get the money refunded for remaining 3 months not going to be used.(Sept, Oct, Nov). As per Chandanagar Technical Lead person (dont know name), mentioned that just raise a refund ticket for this issue and we will get the refund processed within 15 days in form of Cheque to desired address that we need to have it. After raising the ticket, I am getting a call on 12th Aug 12 pm, saying that they cannot refund the amount at all and while i am explaining my case clearly to the representative, he hanged the phone call wantedly while i am still speaking to him. Being in same companies, each person says their own rules and playing games with customers. It had been 4 days now, no progress or calls are being done. I need the refund to be processed asap.

Hi i had requested a connection for act fibernet but until one week they kept saying they would come and install it but later yesterday i get a call saying there is a hightension wire and no network can be provided. Am very disappointed with the response we get from the tech team each time they say they will call us back but they only prolong the process without giving any proper information. Now i want the refund of the amount i had already payed but am unable to contact them.

Iam Sireesha, i have paid amount 1200RS/- about the 3 months connection on OCT 15th 2020, but because of pole problem they have not given connection and said money will get back with in 15 days, i have paid to this account, but whenever iam asking just got reply like vl send, Actually they have initiated the process recently in the last month 20th Even it is taking more than one month, So please process the request and return back amount.

I made a payment on august 15th 2020. Subscribed for 3 months. rs.4306(Included Installation charges).
I had a very bad experience with ACT service. I have raised shifting request on 1st September 2020 and the person came my location and confirmed there is no feasibility for connection on 10th September 2020. Then they disconnected the request on 16th September 2020. From that day to till now I'm waiting for my refund amount of rs.2482. After more follow-up's, Finally the Person came and collected the router and gave Acknowledgement on Dec 9th 2020. Every single day I used to call the customer care for refund simply the person raised/escalate the ticket and without our confirmation they will close the ticket. I have all the proofs with me. Then the billing team one person called me and she asked me to send router returned acknowledgement to email shifting.[protected]@actcorp.in. I did that also.
Today as usual I have called customer service to enquire about the refund status, the executive said your amount has been credited on Dec 12th 2020. I said no I didn't received yet. then he asked me to send my bank statement to email tnfinance.[protected]@incredible.actcorp.in. Again I called customer executive another executive spoke to me he said drop the call mam I said I didn't get any solution or proper response from your side then he cut his call. Is this is the way your treat your Customer??? I'm begging for my money not your money. Already I lost my patience. I have all the proofs with me. Now I decided to go consumer court and complaint against ACT FIBERNET >. Rs.2482 is big amount for me I don't know how about for act fibernet.

Below proofs I have with me,

1. All the customer Service & billing team voice records (More than 25 executive records)
2. Follow up emails
3. Router Acknowledgement
4. Bank statement
5. WhatsApp messages

I will post this in social media and let ACT Corp will face it. My suggestion is think twice before you're going with ACT FIBERNET I mean if your planned to go with ACT probably you won't get your money back for sure, customer service response was highly poor. Worst service ever. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!

Guys, don't register your complains. Just after a complain. I got a call back saying he is Act & asked me to downlaod a app from playstore & asked me to send my net banking id & password on my number. I caught him he was using that app to share my screen &see my id &password on his phone. I hung of his phone saying i can't trust you

I have been using ACT for more than a decade. It has transformed from the best to the worst broadband service provider. From an year i had a pathetic experience with them. There is no one to contact directly, all the executives have the same template to answer, ‘I understand your problem we are sorry for the inconvenience’ that is all they do. The ACT connection box is placed in one of our neighbours houses and they keep switching it off as they no longer use it. We gave them the permission to place it at our place and no one responds to the request. I have been calling the customer service to have a call back from manager, i never hear back from them. I have a ticket open for a week and another for two days with no action.

I have disconnected my act service, and 1373 rupees should be refunded. I have been following up with act customer care for almost a week, but nobody responding well. They open a ticket and close it after the call...This is very poor.service from act. Recently they updated my balance to pay 1600rs, dont know why
...please take care of my request, otherwise will be taking posting the same experience in as social media aswell...

I already buy your services from your sales executive that time he said fiber connection is available in your area but after the completion of payment your technical team said connection is not available in your area i already paid 2828 for 3 month and also registered refund complaint but yesterday i recieved message and mail that your refund complaint has been closed but i haven't received my refund amount yet so why are you close the refund ticket are you making a fool to the people . Refund my amount immediately otherwise i will take a legal action against your company . Very bad experience with your team
