Hi ACT Team,
Last year in December 2020, I got my ACT account[protected] suspended as I traveled to my hometown due to COVID-19.
That time I was having Rs 1753.46/- in my account as an advanced payment. ACT team clearly told me that this 1753.46/- amount will be used when you come back and reactivates the account[protected]
I came back in december 31st 2021, and asked for reactivation my account[protected].
The ACT team contacted me and forced me to open a new account instead o[censored]sing my previous account and told me that the previous amount of 1753.46/- will also be transferred to your new account. I paid Rs 1398.00/- for the new connection.
Post that I got a call from the ACT team that false information from ACT team only has been provided to you and not required to open a new account and can use the previous account. Also, 1398 + 1753.46 = 3151/- amount will be refunded back to your previous account which is[protected].
Now Sir/Mam, I am receiving emails and SMS to pay 3047.67 /- as part of my current invoice for 3 months(Jan-March).
Ideally, in my account I should have 3151(my already paid amount) minus 3047(current invoice amount) = Rs 103/-
When can I expect to resolve this issue as I am fed up of calling ACT customer care for the last 5 days?
