Hello I was about to get refund from act fibernet on 30th of sept, 2018 as a result of ticket raised for the same on 15th sept, 2018 of rs.1250 for my account linked with [protected], they assured the date of 30th sept, 2018, still not received, kindly look into the matter, if anyone has the refund mail.
