[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund request made a month ago for rs. 2800+, till now i haven't gotten my money back and no response from act as well

Initially i have raised a request for new connection by paying 6 months amount. Later when they come to my community to give connection, my community didn't allow them as community banned act a year ago as they were not maintaining their cables well. Later i have cancelled connection and asked for refund. They didn't refund for more than a month now.
