I have paid for 6 month plan to act fibernet for new connection regarding broadband connectivity. It was delayed for 1 month by them and when they have provided connection, due to some reasons i have to relocate in delhi itself and raise a request for relocating connection - request number pending is sr[protected]. When i have asked for refund, customer complaint team is not ready to listen for same. Support required for refund.
