I have applied for the act internet services, and paid the amount on 10/11/2018 to their executive but they have not given connection to me but connection activated..
After one week 15/11/2018 i asked for the refund the amount which i paid because they have not given connection.. Then i came to that my connection is activated it need to be disconnected.. I asked to take a request for disconnection on same day but they did not take and after following up (5 times) with customer care they have taken it as disconnection request (4/12/2018).
After one month also they have not paid my amount and every time they are telling give us some time..
