Refund the payment i made twice
As I requested for the new connection on 12-AUG when the sales person called he told me that there is connection available if you pay the amount now you get installed and activated in 48hours. No one contacted or called me. on the day i paid due to your website issue the payement was not taken by ACT website it was successful from phone pe again the sale person told that in the system it was showing the payment reversal you will get the amount in your bank in 1days. Again i called the cc they told no sir it will take 3days again i waitied for 5days and called them they are saying that there is no payment history only one payment made that was also refunded because there is no connection available in your area. So, when i am paying the amount you guys don't know the connection is available here. I wasted 4300/- for wrong promises i trying to get some good broadband now i don't have money because all the amount i paid to fraud fibernet
