ACT Fibernet — Refund to my new connection request

My ACT broadband account number is[protected]
Name: Malateshgouda K

On 26th May'22, I had paid for two new connections for ACT with mobile number [protected] and [protected].

Here are the account numbers mapped to the two phone numbers:

[protected] mapped to [protected]

For both of them, I've paid Rs 4, 195 on 26th May'22. One of the account has been refunded to my existing account, while I am yet to get the refund for another

With transactions of rs. 4, 195.00 spent on card 7171

Transaction numbers: 506552
Transaction numbers: 369750

While Rs 4195 is adjusted for the new connection at my current account (3 months plan). I am yet to get the refund of rs 4195 spent on my citibank card. Please process the refund as soon as possible. I've been following up on this multiple times.
