On 26th May'22, I had paid for two new connections for ACT with mobile number [protected] and [protected].
With transactions of rs. 4, 195.00 spent on card 7171
Transaction numbers: 506552
Transaction numbers: 369750

While Rs 4195 is adjusted for the new connection at my current account (3 months plan). I am yet to get the refund of rs 4195 spent on my citibank card. Please process the refund as soon as possible. I've been following up on this multiple times.
For both of them, I've paid Rs 4, 195 on 26th May'22. One of the account has been refunded to my existing account, while I am yet to get the refund for another. Was this information helpful? |
