I have made the payment ₹2200 for GX box installation on 11/09/22. They said it will be installed at your place within 2 days. But only after a week, the technician called me on 17/09/22 and asked for my address, later he called and told me that the payment is yet to be confirmed. When I enquired about this in customer care, they told me that the amount was reduced for the bill amount which was due this month. Later they asked me to pay the due amount ₹1943 also and said after the payment is confirmed the technician will reach the your place and the work will be done by this evening. So that I payed the same amount on 17/09/22. But the technicians yet to install the GX box, again I called them this morning they are saying that the payment is not yet confirmed and also the ticked was closed though the installation was not completed. I want them either to install the GX box or the refund the amount ₹4143. I'm expecting a prompt response.
