I didn't get the plan I payed for

I payed 8, 209 rupees for a 6 month plus one month free plan and they took the money and gave me only one month plan now my account is suspended and i am not getting help from any customer care i just want to get refund of my money because it's a huge amount and the service is really bad too i hope they respond and refund me...

Unethical Conditions

Prospect No.[protected]

Post document submission and payment in advance for 3 months internet connection, sales rep is forcing me to send SELFIE TO WHATSAPP NUMBER. I refused and complained and all I faced was SPAM HARASSMENT. When I said I'll file a legal complaint, he said to go ahead. He is asking me why only I have a problem when everyone else is doing it.

Shifting request is pending for more than a month

Website:ACT fibernet

Hi Team,
I did raised a shifting request a month ago (you can check the request numbers based on my registered mobile - [protected]) so that Act can do the assessment and actual shifting should take less time. ACT did the assessment at my new location and said that it will not take more than a day to provide connection at new location and they closed that ticket as if i have re-located.

Again on 11th August i raised...

Delay providing me a internet/switch.

I am disappointed in waiting for a new connection over 7 days.

I contact ACT care for new connection on 7-aug-2022 and I was told I would get one by 48 hrs. After couple days I was told there's an issue in our area and was informed they are waiting on technical team for some permissions to place a switch.

Call centers tell me they are placing my complaint as there top priority. Yet there was no connection till...

Refund

We paid Rs. 3887 /- to install ACT Fibernet broadband connection on 6.8.2022.
Their engineering team could nt install & so we cancelled & we got complaint no/ticket number SR[protected] on 11.8.2022 & was assured amount will be refunded after our
sales team initiates the refund . Neither have received any msg nor call from the concerned team regarding this . Kindly
initiate the refund & resolve this issue as soon...

No internet connection, GX box not provided and service request closed without resolution

Address:Tambaram, Chennai

I am using ACT internet for more than 5 years. My connection got disconnected one week back as my neighbor not allowing wires to the connection box in their house. I raised a complaint and one of the ACT team suggested for GX box and they told approval is received as I am using ACT for five years, but after that no response. Another ACT team called and forcing me to close the ticket without resolution, else forcing to disconnect the connection....

Relocation of connection

As I wanted to transfer connection from Manikonda to Nanakramguda, but executive was came and said there is no place in Port, need to install portal box and went away, after that no one has reached home to install.I am very much discouraged with your service and I wanted to install it as soon as possible....

Hectic Internet cuts

Hello,

My Customer ID is[protected]. I have been a customer from multiple years and having intolerable disconnects from last multiple months. I have been logged the complaints and unable to get the permanent solution from your company. We are working from home and every day we have continuous meeting calls. New connection not provided nor refunded the paid amount

I have booked a new connection for ACT Fibernet #[protected] and paid the initial amount on July 3, 2022, but they failed to provide me a connection citing it was not feasible in our locality/non availability of switch and canceled the work order, but even after 1 month now I did not receive my refund....

Fraud - the told me that I'll be given 75 mbps, for 3 months but never told me that the plan is only for 40 mbps.

Not providing monthly bill from 5 days raised 3 complaints

Hi Team.

i have taken act six months plan and payed amount at one shot and now i am requesting for monthly Bill for august and i am not getting any bill from the concerned department and with out sending any bill to me they are closing my request if i call to customer care and ask about this they are telling bills are sent to my email id but i have not received any bill till now for this month and i am completely disappointed...

Internet not working

I have raised a request for internet not working with the TICKET# SR[protected]. For which, none of Broad band technician respond back in a proper way. I am still facing the internet issue.

If this keep continue from ACT. sorry to say, I have to disconnect the ACT service and need to take AIRTEL OR other services...

Internet not working for the last 5 days

I m an ailing aged sr citizen depending on net for medical nd other requirements. Its unfortunate its not working for the last 5 days. Despite reminders no responsible petson s answering but for routine sterio type recorded msgs. Never expexted this type of negligence fron a reputed one like ACT. We r using for the lat 10 years. But now we r forced to think twice to continue.

BIlling dispute

OTT subscription auto renewal is happening since last four months my concern. Same has been mailed to service provider to deactivate it on 3rd Jun 2022. Now again in July billing cycle it is showing as amount due for auto renewal of OTT subscription.Notwithstanding previous dues already cleared. Now it is showing a due for last two months and fresh renewal charges....

Non removal of junction box

I have disconnected the act fibernet account more than a year ago, since then I'm requesting to remove the junction box placed in my house.
Act fibernet is using my electricity without at free of cost since one year. Inspite of several complaints, the box is not removed....
