ACT is asking for Return of ACT's Wi-Fi Router which was provided as free when I have opted for ACT Broadband plan of 3 Months. And now they are demanding me to return the router since I am not using their Internet service.
ACT is referring below.
"Wi-Fi usage policy duly agreed and signed by you under the Customer Application Form (CAF) at the time of subscription of our services, you have been provided with free usage of our Wi-Fi router as long you continue to avail our internet Broadband services".
My response to above is they have not given any CAF at the time of subscription and I have not signed anything. ACT is making false agitation on me. ACT wants to proceed legally if I did not return router.
