The rent that was decided at the time of installation of the junction box installed on the property is not getting adjusted in my bill. On asking them to transfer the remaining amount to my bank account as I won't be continuing with the ACT fiber from the next billing cycle.

Saying the same to the company I am getting a response like a refund is not possible, they can only adjust it in the next billing cycle.

Apart from that on asking why the rent is not adjusted, they said for a monthly contract the adjustment is done automatically but for the quarterly or half-yearly contract we need to keep a request, about which I wasn't informed.

Furthermore, I have raised a service request for the same and they asked us to wait for 72 hours to get a callback from the accounts department, but there was no callback and even the service request was closed without my consent.

I am really upset about the customer service and the transparency.

    Hi team,
    I was a user of ACT Fibernet internet services at Banglore. I had to relocate to Chennai due to personal reasons. I had posted a relocation request but was told that there will be no transfer of connection between states as per their policy and asked me to disconnect the request and return the router. After the disconnection and router return, I had raised ticket with them multiple times and have followed up with them since past 2 months since Jan 14, 2023 but I am not getting any sort of response from them. This is very painful and affecting me psychologically. Request to raise this as a complaint against them and do the needful to get their attention on this.

    Now I am not able to login to their site or check on the ticket I had raised for refund. Also, I am charged around Rs. 500 for not giving back the router which was given before 21-Jan-2023.

      Router recovery

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      ACT is asking for Return of ACT's Wi-Fi Router which was provided as free when I have opted for ACT Broadband plan of 6 Months.       My Account no.[protected]

      I wrote the below email on 13-Jan to ACT customer care team, nodal officers, appellate authority but no action taken. Today, my account has been suspended for no reasons. I raised multiple tickets and send lot many escalation emails (attached snapshots) to the team but none responded to address the issue but deactivated my account. Today, I tried going to Act branch directly to talk to HR but their office was completely closed. I need my account to be reactivated immediately.

      Please be noted that I paid 14000 Rs for yearly plan on October'22 and today my account got deactivated. Isnt it form of looting where you get the money in advance and not providing the agreed service .

      I am highly disappointed with your customer service team for not being transparent. I subscribed to ACT Blast promo 12M+3M plan in Oct'22 and I was using it happily for last 3 months. Today (13/Jan-2023), I got a notification about Act+Netflix offer, hence I contacted your team to enquire about Act+Netflix.
      I was informed that I could avail this Netflix service only for 12 months and I said Ok only for Netflix and not for my Internet plan.
      It looks like my Internet plan was completely changed to 12 month to ACT Blast streaming. To add fuel to the fire, my account was charged around 3000 Rupees as due amount. I reached back to your Customer team about this issue in 5 minutes and I asked your team to change it back to same old plan ACT Blast promo 12M+3M plan. Your customer care team changed it and informed that my due amount 3000 Rs will remain same. It is ridiculous to see you are charging a loyal long term customer unethically. I raised a ticket on this and I do not want to see any due amount in my account and I need same 15 months as my original plan.

        Hello sir/ madam, this is Sudhakar Boina from Hyderabad, I'm using act fibernet from past 3 years. Account Number is[protected].They set up junction box in my home said they will provide discount of 100 rs per month, and from three years they haven't paid single penny and not given any discount. When I called to there customer care people are so careless that they are saying that resolve and update on this.

        They not yet create any ticket on this reported issue, they are not at all reacting properly.. This is totally fraud from such a big organization. Please help me to get what is mine.

        I'm very sorry to say this but the process in ACT is very disgusting and very much irritating.
        I have to make so many complaints, so many calls to get the work done.

          I applied for new connection on 12/01/2023, made the payment via paytm Rs. 3887 for that. after using for a few days, we got it disconnected due to the frequent loss of network. i was promised to get the refund for that many times I already called and mailed countless times and everytime i am getting fake assurance no real solution or refund. i want the full refund. details of the connection are: a/c[protected] contact no. ACT Executive is not answering my calls and saying some stories daily. Now I want to close the connection and want my refund back.

                I have been ACT customer from more than a decade.
                And the product experience wise I really dont have any issue, but the horror is towards the service they give you.

                When they asked me for a junction box installation I was quite ok, since considering uninterrupted services I may get over the time. This was quite true.
                But the horror struck when the Power Surcharge started to hit me.
                I have been penalized by BESCOM bangalore Electricity board with 300INR every month.
                WHy?? Because I am supporting such commercial activities for people like ACT.
                Whats this Power surcharge? Why Penalty?
                ACT ofcourse pays some peanuts towards the UNITs of Consumption - Yes thats fine.
                What about the Surcharge that happens when so many Connections drawn from your home uses so much electricity at once. Voilaaa! you will be given a Penalty from Electricity board saying that you are running some un authorized power consumption.
                Result ? Every month I am asked 200 to 300 INR as penalty other than Units of Consumption. Its been more than 3000 INR I have paid as Penalty so far.
                Action by ACT? Close their eyes and not tell the Customer about this. For the network Engineer when I enquired, it was said this is basic thing Companies like ACT should take care.
                Now consider so many Customers who dont even know whats happening with them and yet they continue to pay huge amounts of penalty without knowing.
                I want all this Penalty amount refunded and Junction box removed from my residence. And It should be very clear that ACT mentions this during installation in any residence with standard written consent.

                  When I am connecting to the wifi it's taking me to the ACT login page and there when I am giving the username and password it's telling me you are not authorised to login from this location this is happening to me for last 5 days no technician support as well kindly resolve this issue or else please disconnect my connection

                        I am using ACT fibernet from past 10 years, but from 1 and half year i am not at all happy the way they are giving the service. Everytime i have recharged for almost 6 months in advance. But i am very unfortunate to say that every alternative days i have to register a complaint for internet not working and local techincal will solve the issue for temporary and they will ask for not opeing the ticket again and they will share their number. Next day again same procedure internet goes and i have to call the local person if he doesnt attend call for 3 times then i will reopen the ticket again. This has become routine from past 5 months. I am fed up and i want my money back. There are other services available at very affordable prices. No need to pay premium prices like ACT. I hope i am reaching ACT head or conerned person here, so that either they can give better service or refund me so that i can shift to other service soon.                           I am a long time customer of Act fibernet since 2014. I am having the connection under customer id[protected] since 2018. When I upgraded to 400 Mbps plan semi annual since more than 2 years and subsequently when there was speed problem your technical people attending the fault never said that the router provided will not serve for 400 mpbs speed. My payments have been greedily accepted but i was having a lesser spprd router upto 250 mpbs. Today my renewal is due and in raising a complaint about speed they say the router needs to be changed and they want me to make the payment first. This is unreasonable as already you have been collecting wrongly excess amount. So kindly recredit the same and arrange for providing proper router failing which i shall be constrained to escalate the matter to National Consumer Forum.

                                ACT Suspended my account before the payment due date

                                The ACT service request # SR[protected] raised for my account suspended before the payment due date. On 1/16/2023 observed that my ACT account was suspended and when i contacted customer support team, they mentioned to pay the outstanding bill amount to activate. But i have explained the due date was 1/22/2023 as per current invoice bill showing online and sent me through email and why should i have to make a payment before the due date...

                                Act is doing a scam in the name of inactivation of the account. Which was the period customer is not using any wifi. Even though in our next bill payment without any consent from customer they are charging for the inactivation period and in our next bill we can use for remaining after this cuttings. Which was a very big scam doing ACT company. I have explained everything to local team lead 9f act. Since they are not doing any because they know it is a scam.

                                  I paid payment still showing your account is suspended.. Very pathetic experience in Hanamkonda, Telangana state..No proper employees training and this leads to cheap customer support.. They are behaviour as a 5th standard guy..If I don't get any resolution, will definitely go to customer court...
