[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Relocation charges 650 added to bill

I have recently changed my home so i had asked for relocating ACT fibernet connection. now when i placed the request there was no proper intimation from ACT team of how much will be charged, like tata sky or other companies do.. they will clearly mention 300 rs charges will be deducted.. ACT team has charged 650 rs and added in the bill. First of all the engineer did not even do anything cause the new place already had those wires and connectivity ready.. he just called the service guys and activated the IP for me in the new location.. what is the reason of charging 650 rs when there is no new wiring they have done.. also at the time of installation i had paid extra charges for wire at the old place .. what will happen to that? Why should i pay the amount when i already paid for the wire.

Now when the bill is generated they have added 650 rupees charges on that.. when i asked for a breakup of 650 rs they were not able to give me..
